- When will I receive my order ?
- All our products are made to order. It takes about 15-25 working days from the time of confirming the order to the time of receiving the product. Large orders and special orders are determined according to the current situation. You can check the order status through the tracking number we sent you.Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.
- Do you have discounts for large orders ?
- Yes, we do have discounts for large orders. By adding up your quantity on the site while ordering, it will automatically calculate the discounted price. If you have more questions about wholesales, please contact our email: [email protected].
- Can I change my order once it has been placed ?
- Yes,After placing the order, we will confirm with you via email.If you haven’t approved your proof yet. You can contact our customer service team via email to request an order change.We can no longer make changes to the file, artwork, quantity, and other product options once your print job is sent to press.Note: Please do not resubmit your order online. This will create a duplicate order.
- The received products have color differences.
- If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and display monitor.
- I am not satisfied with my order. Do you offer refunds ?
- If you are not satisfied with the order, please contact customer service by email.There may be conditional restrictions: please read the terms of the return and refund policy.Once approved, refunds can take 1-2 business days on our end. It may take within 7-10 business days for the payment to reflect in your paypal.
